Service Description

Camp Wanderlust has been providing in-person and online tutoring services around the world since 2010. We love doing what we do, it's amazing to watch students grow academically and gain confidence. We provide both remedial help and enrichment. All of our tutors are certified Wilson/Orton Gillingham Reading instructors. Our program is designed for students with dyslexia and those with decoding difficulties. We have been teaching reading, writing, phonics, and English language skills since 2010. Our tutors are familiar with many different writing programs and are able to give students strategies to improve. After meeting with a student, we assess his/her level and tailor a program that is appropriate for his/her level. All of our tutors are Wilson Reading instructors. Wilson/Orton Gillingham is a multi-sensory reading program that targets phonics, spelling, and comprehension. It is extremely beneficial for those students with dyslexia and those with decoding difficulties. We also teach the FUNdations program which is a phonics-based program for younger children.
